Privacy Policy
How we handle your data when you browse, contact us, subscribe to the newsletter or comment on the blog.

Who is responsible
239 Negocios Digitais Ltda, registered in Brazil under CNPJ 29.192.278/0001-90, operates the Robson Cristian website and is the controller for the processing described here. Contact oi@robsoncristian.com for privacy enquiries and requests.
This policy covers the website and its forms. Linked third-party services have their own policies. Any additional information needed for a contract will be explained before collection.
Data and purposes
- Contact: name, email, subject, message and language, to respond to and follow up on your request.
- Newsletter: email, language, subscription source and status, and request, confirmation and cancellation records. Subscription requires email confirmation. Contacting us does not subscribe you.
- Operation and security: language preferences, technical request data, anti-spam checks and records needed to prevent abuse. Infrastructure and security providers may process IP addresses, browser information and device signals.
Forms do not request identity documents, card details or sensitive personal data. Avoid passwords, health information, trade secrets and unnecessary or unauthorised third-party information. The website is intended for adults.
Legal grounds
Other enquiries may be handled on the legitimate interest of responding to your request, subject to necessity and protection of your rights. Newsletter delivery relies on specific, withdrawable consent. Proportionate security and abuse-prevention measures may rely on legitimate interests after assessing necessity and the impact on your rights.
Data may also be processed to meet legal or regulatory obligations or exercise rights in proceedings. Reading this policy is not blanket consent. Where consent is required, the specific purpose will be explained.
Processing outside Brazil
Technology providers may process data in other countries. International transfers require a mechanism permitted by Brazil's LGPD and ANPD rules, together with appropriate safeguards. You can ask the privacy contact for the countries, contracting entities and transfer instruments. Browsing is not unrestricted authorisation for transfers.
Retention
Retention depends on the stated purpose, progress of the enquiry or engagement, legal obligations and protection of rights. Newsletter details are kept while the subscription is active; minimal records may remain after cancellation to document the request and prevent unwanted resubscription.
An expired link does not mean its records have been deleted. Once data is no longer needed and there is no legal ground to retain it, it should be deleted or anonymised. This policy sets no universal period and does not promise automatic deletion. Disposal follows the purpose, legal duties, protection of rights and backup copies.
Information in your browser
Interactive tools process fields locally and generate DOCX or PDF files in your browser. Exported files remain under your control on your device.
Submitting a form is separate from downloading. Technical connections for loading pages and anti-spam protection still occur, as described here and in the Cookie Policy.
Security and confidentiality
The application uses server-side validation, abuse controls, anti-spam checks and token protection. Pending email queue content is encrypted and removed from that queue after delivery; this does not erase the contact record or emails in recipients' mailboxes.
No system is immune to incidents. If a relevant incident occurs, containment and legally required notifications will be assessed.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request confirmation and access, correction, sharing information, anonymisation, restriction or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data, portability within regulatory limits, deletion of consent-based data and withdrawal of consent. You may object to unlawful processing and request review of exclusively automated decisions affecting your interests.
Write to oi@robsoncristian.com with your request and the email used on the site. We may request only what is needed to verify identity and prevent unauthorised access. Requests are free and handled within applicable legal time limits; restrictions or mandatory retention will be explained. You may also contact the ANPD and competent consumer authorities.
Unsubscribe using the link in newsletter emails or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not invalidate previously lawful processing.
Updates
The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated in proportion to their impact. New purposes requiring consent will require a new choice, not merely an update to this text.
Blog comments
When you submit a comment, we record your chosen public name, email, text, article, language, date and the version of the policy shown. Your name, text and date become public only after approval. Your email is stored encrypted, is excluded from public lists and may be used to contact you about the comment. Commenting does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
Publication requires your express authorisation in the form. You can request correction, removal or withdrawal through the privacy contact. Do not publish confidential information or other people’s personal data. Pending or hidden comments do not appear on the site; hiding a comment does not delete its record.
